The Annunal membership fee is $1,800 plus GST per year or $185 plus GST per month.

Monthly members are single user only. If you are an annual member, you can have multiple users in your organisation. We just need their email address. Send us an email on the Contact page or to email@example.com and we can get that set up for you.
Annual members will receive an email to invite you to renew your membership for another year. Monthly members can withdraw with 4 weeks’ written notice.
If your organisation is registered with the Australian Tax Office as a Deductible Gift Recipient then you are eligible. If you are a registered charity based in another country send us an email on the Contact page and we can get it set up for you.

We plan to continually update the site with more practical tools and resources for you to put to good use. We also will provide you with links to useful resources that are available for free in the marketplace.
Yes. You will be familiar with the content but there is much more to this toolkit than content. This toolkit allows you to hear from and connect with specialists who share their in-depth experience and perspective on a rich variety of topic areas. Down the track (within the first 12 months of membership) we will also provide you with the opportunity to connect with other members from around Australia, to ask questions and hear what’s happening in their local markets. With the massive amount of legislative change impacting this sector, in particular the ongoing roll-out of the NDIS, we believe it will be helpful for leaders to hear first-hand how others are responding to this change.
